These Terms govern your use of HoneyBee Notes (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to these Terms. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for professional legal advice.

Accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account.

Purchases and refunds

HoneyBee Notes is offered as a one-time purchase for one year of access. Because the Service delivers digital content immediately, all sales are final except where required by law. If something goes wrong, email hello@honeybeenotes.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Your content

You own the vows, speeches, letters, and other content you write or generate with the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and process that content in order to operate the Service on your behalf.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, hateful, or defamatory content.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• No reselling generated content as a service to third parties without written permission.

AI-generated content

Drafts produced by the Service are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them before speaking, printing, or publishing. We do not guarantee that any draft is original, factual, or fit for any particular occasion.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may change or discontinue features and will notify paying users of material changes.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
